TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

      1. For online programs, delegates have to keep the videos on throughout the course of the program. Non-video participants will not be allowed to continue the meeting and is not eligible for any refund.For offline sessions, the person has to be present physically through the duration of the program.
      2. Attendance, being on time, participation on all days of the course and fulfilling the course criteria is necessary for successful completion of the program.
      3. Please ensure the entire course fee is paid prior to the program or you have registered for the ‘subscription link’, or ‘No-cost EMI’ option where available. 
      4. For certification programs, certificate shall be issued once all dues are cleared and course criteria fulfilled.
      5. Once a token advance is paid, your registration for the program is accepted. To confirm your registration, please ensure the balance course fee is paid at least 3 weeks before the start of the signed up the program, failing which, your participation in the program is subject to scrutiny.
      6. Master Yourself Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program. Under such circumstances, we will transfer your delegate fee to the upcoming program.
      7. In case of any discrepancies or inappropriate behaviour, Master Yourself Academy reserves the right to decline a delegate’s participation in the program. In such cases, we will refund your payment excluding any expenditures and taxes.
      8. No part of the course content should be recorded, reproduced or shared by the delegates to others without the prior consent of Master Yourself Academy. Any such behaviour shall attract stern legal action.
      9. By signing up for the program, you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions mentioned herewith.

 

A) CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE

Once we have received your registration, we would have confirmed your seat and hence we do not encourage any cancellation. However, due to unavoidable reasons if you wish to change or modify your registration, you can do so by sending us an email to [email protected]. Following are the terms and conditions for the same:   

      1. For a request made 30 days prior to the start of the signed up program, free cancellation or reschedule is possible.
      2. For a request made between 15-30 days of the start date of the signed up program, charges will be 40% of the course fee.
      3. For a request made between 0-14 days of the start date of the signed up program, charges will be 100% of the course fee.

 

B) TRANSFER

It is possible to transfer your registration to your friend or family member only for NLP Foundation or Webinars before 24 hours of the start of the signed up program by sending an email and confirming to [email protected].

Within 24 hours of the program, no transfer is possible and will be treated as a ‘No-show’ attracting 100% of the course fee as cancellation charges.

 

C) DISCONTINUATION

      1. Any delegate who joins the program but is unable to continue for any reason will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and will attract 100% of the course fee as Cancellation Charges and will lose the privileges of a participant.
      2. No cancellation or rescheduling is possible for any free or paid webinars or workshops.
